This ‘How To’ guide describes COMDIS-HSD’s successful embedded approach to health research and service development.
The guide was produced to help partners and other researchers replicate the embedded approach.
The guide includes how to:

• design and develop the service delivery package;
• pre-test and pilot the package;
• implement and evaluate the intervention; and
• support policy and practice change nationally and internationally.
